What determines the delivery options shown to me?

Delivery options will be shown to you in checkout. They depend on:

1. Your delivery address: Based on courier limitations, not all delivery options are available for all areas. Premium options (Same Day, Next Day and Weekend) are only available in main centres as they are closest to our distribution centres.
2. Courier availability: Premium delivery and collection options (Same Day, Next Day and Weekend) have a limited capacity & are not always available in peak periods.
3. Location of stock: stock located in a warehouse in a different province to your delivery address will take longer to be couriered to you. In such instances, only standard or collect may be available.

Standard Delivery to anywhere in South Africa will always be available for all orders. The delivery options we give you in checkout are the fastest we can offer based on your order & delivery address.
