How do I use a gift voucher?

The recipient must go to their Superbalist wallet where they will be asked to enter the voucher code to redeem it and the funds will automatically be added to their Superbalist wallet.

How does it work?

1. You can check the balance of a gift voucher within your user account section.
2. Gift vouchers cannot be used to buy further gift vouchers.
3. The credit of a gift voucher does not accrue interest nor does it have a cash value.
4. Gift vouchers are not refundable for cash once purchased.
5. If the credit of a gift voucher is insufficient for the Order you wish to make, you may make up the difference through either Credit Card or SnapScan.

Important: all Gift Vouchers expire after 3 years. If your gift voucher has not been applied to your account before then, it will expire.
