My friend didn't get their gift voucher- can I resend it?

To resend the gift voucher to the recipient, go to My Orders. 

Scroll down to the order in which you paid for the gift voucher. Next to the voucher, on the right, under "Send Status", click on the "Resend Email" button to resend your gift voucher.
