Where possible, we’ll refund you to your original method of payment, as detailed below.
You can choose to be refunded to your Superbalist wallet. This is the fastest refund method as it does not rely on banking systems to be processed.
Credit Card or Debit Card
Refunds for orders paid with Credit or Debit Card will be made back to the card used for the order.
Payflex, RCS and Mobicred
Refunds for orders paid by Payflex, RCS and Mobicred will be made back to the original payment method. These payments will not be refunded to Wallet or EFT.
eBucks
Refunds for orders paid by eBucks will be made back to your eBucks account. eBucks payments will not be refunded to Wallet or to EFT as per the eBucks terms and conditions.
EFT, Ozow, Payfast, Snapscan & COD
Refunds for orders paid by EFT, COD, Ozow, Payfast or Snapscan will need to be transferred by EFT to your bank account. You’ll be prompted to provide your banking details when logging your return (or as requested by us). It takes 1 to 2 business days to process EFT refunds and up to 5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Wallet
Refunds to wallet will reflect immediately once processed. You can use your wallet funds towards future Superbalist orders. You can see your wallet balance here.
