Can I return any item?

You can log a return within 30 days (or 7 days for products marked “Clearance”) or within 6 months for products which are defective from the date of delivery or collection by you.

Unwanted Products

1. it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached; 
2. it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (excludes beauty products); 
3. it is not missing any accessories or parts;  

Products not eligible for return

The following products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit:

1. electronic vouchers;
2. books;
3. intimates, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits or underwear;
4. jewellery for piercings;
5. a beauty product or fragrance which has been used;
6. foodstuff, beverages or other products intended for everyday consumption; or
7. products which have been personalised for you or made to your specifications, unless defective.
