Why am I charged R299 for my delivery?

Orders containing heavy goods are delivered by a two-man team at a R299 surcharge per order.

• Premium delivery options available for heavy goods

Premium delivery fees will be added in addition to the R299 heavy goods fee.
Delivery options are based on delivery address, location of stock, and availability with our logistics team or couriers.

• Refunds for heavy goods

Like all delivery fees, the heavy goods fee is non-refundable.

With the exception that the heavy good item was incorrect, damaged or if the item was cancelled from the order.
